COMPETITION!

the new competition is just something to get the ball roleing in the right direction. The competetion is open to all members and all styles but heres the catch, You have to design a new ID for the club (the one I made sucks). Every member will get two votes which muct be submited on two IDs. They must comply to the DA aceptable policy and also be suitable for the club.

The closing date for entries is 31st of September and the voting will be from October 1st to October 22nd. Please send botes and entry links in a note and have fun!

how do i join?
send us a note and add us to your signiture once we've accepted you.

how do i submit art?
send us a link to your art and if we accept it we will add it to our
gallery. you have to be a member to submit and every deviation will be linked to the original from our description with a brief review by an admin.

i hope you enjoy what you find here but please observe the rules of the club:

rules
no offensive material of any kind! that means no material which would make fun of other band styles too!
no stealing other deviants ideas and/or deviations that are displayed here.
the theme of the club is dark 80s but that doesnt mean that the art has to be dark but it is prefered.
the bands covered must be ALTERNATIVE 80s acts and therefore no music that the moderators or admins concider to be too mainstream will be concidered here. An example of alternative acts and mainstream acts is to follow further down the instructions.
no flaming ever.
no submiting band photos from promo shoots where all you did is change the colour of a hat or something, art is considered in this club as significant effort, not fanatical excuses to submit your favourite heart-throbs (by all means draw or photomanipulate them if you wish!)
all types of art is allowed including prose(including reviews of bands cds/concerts or stories about the band, if they are original) and poetry
this is an account run to a standard, we will always add quality not quantity (that means no stick men with funny hair named "goth 004")
